Wake up call!

I’ve been a long time lurker. This sub helped me lose 50lbs back in 2019-2020. Well I’ve put most of it back on. SW: 278 LW: 220 CW: 255

Anyways this morning my husband weighed himself & throughout our entire relationship I’ve never known his weight. I always thought he was much bigger than I. Welp....he’s only about 15 lbs heavier & I’m about 4 inches shorter sooooo.....smh. This is embarrassing. Doesn’t help I’ve been feeling like crap. Almost 30 & it’s catching up.

What are some steps y’all have taken for your journey?

(Some background - I have BED, work full time, school part time & parent to a 4 y/o. When I lost a bulk of my weight I didn’t have as busy of a schedule & since starting school & going back to the office I haven’t been able to find time/adjust back to life. )
