Hi all! I am 5’6” F currently stuck at 155lbs for the past 6+ months. Down from almost 230lbs so I’ve lost a substantial amount. I eat around 1800 calories a day and engage in light exercise daily.
Because of my history of ED I am hesitant to drop any lower than 1800 without triggering some disordered eating. I also find when I eat less than that, I struggle to get enough nutrients (I track everything in Cronometer). I would like to get down to a healthy, toned, 130lbs. I don’t care how slowly just as long as there’s regular progress.
Any suggestions?
