For background, I am M/30/6’0”/ and weigh 208-212 lbs depending on the day. I have been working out at a CrossFit type gym for just over 2.5 months and eat 1800-1900 calories a day with a focus on eating 200g of protein. That said, the scale has not moved in this time frame, where I would have expected it at least to drop some. Is it really possible that the scale has not moved because I am gaining muscle at the same rate I’m losing fat?
