SW: 310, CW: 273.8, GW: 220
Here with my third update. November was weird, not anything hard but just diet wise it wasn't as strict as usual but that isn't always a bad thing. If you check my 'Weight per day' I provide for each month you can see I actually got down to 266, which was great. I'm back up to 273.8 but I'm fine with that. Reason being is around halfway through the month I did a week long water fast, dropped a good bit. I did this because near the end of the month I had 2 birthday parties and Thanksgiving and wanted to be able to enjoy it. Of course I didn't go crazy during all 3 of those days but I still enjoyed myself and family which helped me finish the month still 3 pounds below the estimated goal that I need to be. I should be ~265 by end of December but hoping to get into the 50s!
