(19M 5’8 167 pounds) I looked at pics of my self and noticed that my face looks a lot chubbier than before. I’m not really all that fat but I do want to lose my face fat and get a more defined face. I also have a beer belly a lil bit and I sometimes get insecure about it when wearing shirts. How did you guys lose weight? I don’t really have time to go to the gym so I’ve been trying to do cardio workouts in my room but I need some quiet ones that make lil to no noise. Also I drink about 3 16.9 oz water bottles and I was wondering if that is enough. (You could see my face fat in my previous post on my profile).
