After going at this for more than 7 months i think I’m going to call it quits. This is my second time on my journey and I’ve only managed to lose the same 30 pounds i lost the first time. No matter what i do 190 will not go away. I lost that 30 pounds the first 3 months at this. Yes i use a food scale, yes i eat at a deficit, and i exercise 3-5 days a week. i just don’t know WHAT to do anymore and I’m getting tired of trying for nothing. No my body isn’t changing measurement wise either. Maybe What I’m going for just isn’t meant for me. It makes me sad because i love to workout now. I love trying new healthy recipes. I’ll keep it up just because it makes me happy and i feel good. But i don’t think I’ll be trying to lose weight anymore. Tired of being disappointed so I’ll just be obese.
