Life's got me down, not giving a shit & stress eating has really kicked my ass. Junk food is comfort food, i need to change that. I ate far too much for dinner the other night & as i was just sitting around the house putting off all the stuff i need to do, i realized i was sweating. Wandering around my house, stuffed to the absolute brim, i broke out in a sweat.... never before happened. It doesn't make sense paying for all this crap food just to make myself feel sick.
The very least i can do is control what i put in my mouth. I'm going to force myself to log meals for the next week with lose it.
