I’m down 17lbs from 217-200 and have been feeling really good lately. Went out with my husband and took some pics and I just feel like I’ve made no progress at all after seeing the pics. I can just see all the progress I haven’t made. It’s taken me since Aug to get this far with very consistent 4-5 day a week workouts. Even though the scale hasn’t moved a ton I do see consistent changes in my measurements. I signed up for a 15 class challenge at my gym for the month of Dec and am pushing to lose 10 lbs by end of Jan at least. I guess I’m just looking for some encouragement because I’m feeling really disappointed with where I am right now.
