As far as I'm aware, waist-to-height ratio is the best indicator of healthy weight because it considers visceral fat and there aren't ethnicity differences like with BMI. However, it seems almost everyone here has a weight or BMI goal instead. For those who don't know, your waist should ideally be less than half of your height, or a ratio of less than 0.5. My ratio goal is around 0.473 (35 inches for my 6'2 height) because it gives me some breathing room in case I gain a few pounds without realizing.
