I've finally reach my limit. I now weight 198 lbs (Previously 140) I've been under a lot of stress and I'm nearly dying. I'm tired of being overWeight and hating myself. I have joined a gym and I'm planning to meal prep. I was considering Intermittent Fasting and later on switching to KETO. I would appreciate any advice that seemed to have worked for you.
I need this off by next December at Least!
