When Will I lose weight?

I am 19 years old, I am a woman, I am 171cm tall and at the moment I weigh 70kg. i started the year weighing 59kg. I want to get back to that weight, and so two weeks ago I started running. I run every second day for about half an hour, and during the run my heart rate percentage always reaches above 70%, which as far as I know is the percentage at which you start burning fat. I weighed myself this week however and after two weeks of doing this consistently I haven’t lost any weight. when will i start losing weight? am I not doing enough? i have changed my diet to have much better portion control and much better content. i don’t count calories as I have struggled with disordered eating in the past and don’t want to relapse. I would love some advice and some kind of ballpark time it will take before i start to see progress :-)
