Hia, I've done several bmr tests recently, they have all come out between 1100 cals - 1300 cals. This ( I'm fully aware) is purely because I was doing 23 hour intermittent fasting with extreme calorie deficit around 1200cals a day, thus a tip...only do that if your going to stick to it and when ending end it over weeks by slowly introducing higher calories. Now....how does one go about this, I am throwing in two gym sessions a day burning about 200 cals each time making my adjusted bmr + burnet calories around 1700. But how do I now lose fat without starving myself ???? I screwed myself over here big time
