(18/M/6’/295lbs) I’ve been wanting to lose weight for a long time, but was always putting it off. This time I really want to be serious about it, so I came here. I’m going to be tracking my process on MFP, and I’m gonna being using eatthismuch.com to get a meal plan. What would you guys suggest as a daily calorie intake? I plan on getting a gym membership soon, so I don’t know if that would make a difference with my calorie intake. Also, would you suggest going keto or vegan or something like that? I’m trying to lose weight, but gain muscle at the same time.
Additionally, about how long do you think it would take to lose the 100 lbs but also gain muscle mass to stay around 180-210lbs.
