M 21 6”3 SW:282 lbs CW: 234 lbs GW: 198 lbs
Hey everyone.
I’ve been losing for just over a year now. I’ve gotten down to about 225 lbs at the start of the month and actually felt quite happy and proud of myself (since I was very close to breaking the 100 kg mark). However after a rough couple of weeks, went back up to 234 lbs. I’ve stabilised now and am losing again, however can’t help but feel silly and ashamed for gaining all of the lost weight. Feels like I’ve broken my plan to reach a certain weight by a certain date and like everything has to be pushed back just because I couldn’t stay strong enough.
To those that have been in a similar position - how do you deal with this and what do you do to prevent a “cheat day” from getting out of control?
