Hello Guys
So previously I was always +/- 55 kgs. But after I cam to university, I gained a lot of weight particularly during the lockdown where exercise was zero and I was mostly living on junks, and highly processed food. The thing is that I want to lose weight and fast, like in 15 kgs in a couple of month or so.
The problem is that my university is a full day university. I go to uni at around 7 in the morning and come home around 8:30 at night the whole week. I can't seem to find any diet plan that can accommodate my schedule. Some diet plans have foods that are impossible to get in uni (I live far from uni and so its not possible to get food delivered from home either), specific times, exercises etc.
I want to find a diet plan which can work for me. Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.
