i’m a junior in college and for starters, i can’t cook. not just can’t, but i have anxiety about my roommates seeing me in the kitchen and judging me so i just don’t. i haven’t bought groceries this entire semester, unless it’s setting like cookies that i just binge on. otherwise, i have been living entirely on fast food. this started at some point last semester, i’m not sure why. now it’s really bad and i’m not sure what to do. i eat 1-3 fast food meals a day (usually big ones), and it’s definitely taking a toll on my mental and physical health. i’m always tired and unfocused and i’m gaining weight.
