Any tips to put off extended junk food cravings?

Lurker making a first post here. I started at 90 kilos (198 pounds) and lost almost 7 kilos (15 pounds) in the last 5 weeks. For a few years I've had a habit of getting junk food, that being pizza, Mcdonalds, kebabs etc, at least twice a week. Sometimes I manage to put it off but I find that thatI get cravings for junk food that hang around for days until they get satisfied. Like I've been thinking about having KFC for three days now and I finally caved today, even though I have plenty of food at home. That was my second time eating out this week and I've put back 1.3 kilos despite maintaining my level of exercise. I already know that I want to get pizza and have to force myself to not do it tomorrow night.

So I'm posting to know if anyone's got some tips on how to get rid of these multi-day cravings for junk food, or even if delaying them until I've "earned" a treat is feasible?
