Advice for getting back on the wagon

In July 2020, my doc advised me to try keto or intermittent fasting after I, at 6 foot 2 inches, tipped the scale at 295 lbs. From then to the end of January, I was strict and managed to drop 75 lbs with a combo of the two plus regular exercise ( and plenty of cheat days thrown in there). 2021 has been a nightmare rollercoaster of a year for me and my family since then for a ton of reasons - it's been one disaster after another pretty much all year - and I just totally gave up on the self discipline to exercise and eat well. It's starting to show. I'm back up to 236, my back started bothering me again, and I've fallen back into shitty eating habits. I just can't seem to get my head right again to get back on the wagon and finish the path to my GW of 195.

So does anyone have any advice for getting back at it after a hiatus? I don't wanna get big again.
