A small rant

I just went on tik tok and came across a post shaming Rebel Wilson for losing weight And how her saying that improving yourself is “fat phobic”. It’s RIDICULOUS. And everyone trying to imply that she isn’t happy anymore causes she’s thinner now. This was the type of mindset that had me reaching almost 200 pounds. The idea that it’s everyone’s fault that I feel the way that I do. It’s toxic. I don’t know what people expect but I won’t let myself be miserable in my body just to make others feel better and be your “representation”. You don’t owe anyone anything. If you want or don’t want to lose weight it’s fine. But don’t but you’re own insecurities on others. I’ve lost 20 pounds and im damn proud.

Just know that if you want to change, do it for YOU! You don’t need anyone’s approvals or permission. You do what makes you happy
