I dont know if this is mentally or physically .. but since i got to a certain weight (59) and i am 162 cm .. it became very hard to do a deficit .. i didt a diet for 1.5 years lost 30 kgs and it wasnt hard like now!
But it looks like every time i try to decrease my carbs i get a binge eating days ! Like when i eat a toast with 2 eggs i want more and this binging attacks dont go unless i eat alot of carbs
I dont know how to stick to lower carb diet .. not keto .. but i really want to lower my carbs consumption
Is it common when you get closer to your goal you be ravenous about food and eating? Every time it is a meal time i became very shaky and want to eat alot quickly .. nobody arround me feels the same .. and i eat at maintainance i think nw.. why i am feeling like this ?
