I’m 23/M/5’6 SW: 160 CW: 145
Ive come pretty far on this journey over the course of a few weeks, at a consistent deficit of about 1.5 lbs worth a week. I run 4 times a week on a C25K program and am getting pretty good at it.
My initial goal weight was around 140. However I’m nearing that weight and I still have a pretty big stomach fat area.
It’s definitely better than before but I want that part gone. I’ve read on here that you can’t choose what fat goes and that it could be “stubborn” in that regard. My question is, should I reassess my goal weight and go lower to 130 to see if I can lose it. From there I would definitely consider bulking and adding on muscle.
Just not sure what to do about this stomach.
