Honestly, I feel pretty damn good. My clothes fit WAY better and in the mirror my stomach looks a bit flatter. Don’t get me wrong, I still have plenty of fat to lose. However, my arms have become much more vascular- veins popping out and more pronounced than ever before. Unfortunately, I think I did injure my lower back. I’ll have to work around it. However, gains in the gym are still coming strong. Even on a calorie deficit, I’m still gaining strength- slowly but surely.
I think I’ve concluded that IIFYM is the best way to eat. I’ve tried many different “diets” but none have worked so well. I literally eat pasta Alfredo every night and it FITS MY CALORIES AND MACROS! Amazing!
Well, month two has been great for progress. Here’s to month three and hopefully being under 200lbs by the end of August!
