2+ weeks of hard work … 0 pounds lost

I’m a little over two weeks of putting in 5 days at the gym, eating 1200-1400 calories and drinking way more water than I use to. I have lost no weight at all. I keep staying within the same 2 lbs going up and down each day but never actually losing.

I feel so broken down because I have been putting in a lot of work both physically and mentally to make changes that I can stick to for life. I am proud of myself for making these changes but wow … no weight lost is so frustrating.

For reference I am 31/f 5’5” 227 lbs

I usually find myself eating about 1400 calories but some days I am not as hungry and so I’ll eat more around the 1200 mark just because I want to listen to my body. At the gym I do 15 min on the rowing machine and 10 min on the stair machine (not intense workouts at all, that’s why I’m not eating more)

I’m aware I could be putting on muscle or (somehow even though I’m usually drinking a gallon) retaining water. I just feel like in 2 weeks I should have seen some kind of movement on the scale.

Any help would be great 😩
