Hey guys! I'm new to seriously trying to lose weight (20F, SW 255, GW 155, doing IF and CICO), and I decided to not weigh myself regularly. It's always been my downfall in the past--if I didn't lose weight, then it feels like it's all been for nothing, but if I did lose weight, it makes it okay for me to cheat. So I'm just not doing it, and the next time I see my weight will be at a doctor's appointment in a month.
That said, what kind of "qualitative" victories do you guys notice? For me, I have this one pair of jeans that were just barely wearable because they were so tight, and now I have plenty of room in them, and I think I'll be ready to go down a size in a few weeks. What are some others for me too look out for?
