Hello. I’m a 240-250 pound weighted male, 5ft and 7in, and I’m recently am trying to lose weight. With the help of my pedometer, and my Lose it! app. I’m wondering if my diet is still good on my daily basis? And if you were to give constructive critiques, I’ll be utmost thankful.
Breakfast/Brunch:
2 Eggs fried in 1 teaspoon of butter
White Organic Bread, 1 teaspoon of butter with organic honey
1 cup of milk
(Ocassionally) two turkey bacons
-Out to exercise via walking over 1 hour-
Drink 2/or 3 cups of water
1 Banana
1 Pear
1 Red Plum
1 Yellow Nectarine and Peach
2 apples blended to make applesauce
Lunch:
Multigrain Bread
2 turkey breasts
2 slices of Roma tomatoes
2 Green Leaf Lettuce
1 Red Onion Slice
1 Kosher Pickle
Yellow Organic Mustard
Organic Mayonaise (recently bought one from Trader Joe’s
Dinner:
5 cups of Green Leaf Lettuce
5 cups of chopped Spinach
2 tomatoes diced in wedges
Half chopped sliced of either zucchini or yellow squash
(Ocassionally) Medium carrots
1/2 cups of broccoli
3 sliced onions
Meat depends on what I have, like pork tenderloin, boneless and skinless chicken breasts, or sardines and salmon
Top it with Lemon juice, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and black peppered.
