So I'm trying to eat 1200 kcal per day. I'm a female, 165 cm and 60 kg. I'd like to lose 5 kg, but nothing urgent nor mandatory. Just trying to get fitter and eat healthier. Online calculators say I should eat 1600 kcal a day for moderate weight loss and 1200 kcal a day for fast weight loss. I chose 1200 kcal since MFP suggested that number. I workout 5 times a week, with my schedule being 3 HIIT days, 2 cardio days, 2 upper body strength days and 2 lower body strength days (of course combined with those cardio and HIIT days). I also walk a lot, like 10 km a day sometimes even 15 km. So my question is, is it okay to eat back burned calories if I take the lowest estimates? Maybe my post is too detailed, but I hope you won't find it too much annoying. Best regards to this uplifting community!
