Hi everyone! About 3-4 weeks ago I decided to completely cut out all snacks/sweets, start eating healthy and start working out 4 times a week. By eating healthy I mean that I've stopped eating junk food, started eating vegetables and I also try to limit the amount of carbs I'm eating. I buy fresh food and cook it myself apart from lunch which I eat at school on week days.
I'm an 18 year old guy. I weigh about 161lbs and I'm 5'9 tall.
I'm assuming I'm not eating below maintenance because even though I made these changes, I'm still not losing any weight, which is weird since I wasn't gaining weight before. I am weight training and running, but I highly doubt I'm gaining muscle at the same rate I'm losing fat.
Could you all give me some pointers on what to do/try? I haven't really been counting calories as I thought cutting all the shit habits would be enough, again because I wasn't gaining any weight before I decided to ear healthier.
I appreciate any help I get!
