20/F/5’3 I feel like I’m not losing the weight as fast as I could be. Honestly I’m just watching what I eat and eating significantly less. I try to keep it around 1100 (I’m short and a female so this is realistic). I weigh 151 pounds right now and although I am proud of myself and other people are starting to notice my body changing I can’t help but want to pick things up. I hate lifting honestly I find it incredibly boring and gyms overall gross me out. I don’t really know what to do. Maybe try yoga or pilates? I live in Chicago so there are a million options I just really don’t want to be in the gym lifting weights trying to tone things up lol.
