To those of you who've lost a noticable amount of weight: Do you find it weird when people make comments about it? At Thanksgiving it was like all my relatives wanted to talk about was how much weight I've lost (I started at 300 and am now 255, still not at a healthy weight). On one hand I found it encouraging, because I've made a noticable change, but on the other hand it weirded me out that my weight (which I'm still insecure about and still working on) was such a widely discussed topic, even though they had nothing but good intentions. Do any of you experience a similar thing? Is there a way to make the situation feel less awkward for next time I see my extended family?
