I made a list of various CICO google sheets I found by trawling /r/loseit . Have you got one you’d like to share? Please post in the comments! I hit a 70 day streak of logging, and I gotta say, having the DATA is motivating. Part of me wants to plan and log accurately just to see what is going to happen next. Maybe some of you will find some ideas or inspiration from her story, as she obviously has a very fit physique despite the PCOS. She also talks about how she works with female clients with PCOS helping them with weight loss. She touches on diet, salt intake, and a variety of other things. Is Blaze Pizza's Nutrition Calculator Accurate?

I looked this up and there were a couple questions already asked, but everyone said most of it was accurate. I don't see how this is possible. For certain things, like the white sauce and barbecue sauce, I don't see how they can be 5 and 0 calories, respectively. I know it is per slice, but even then it seems like way more than that. If you've ever gotten the bbq drizzle, you know it's between half a tbsp to one tbsp per slice. That can add over 200 calories to your pizza, but on the calculator it makes you think it is zero calories for the whole thing. There are other examples (pesto, white sauce) like that but it's just one.
