So I'm 22(m) I am about 5'11 and weigh 84kg.
Most/all of my excess fat is on my belly, i've shot up in waist sizes my clothes are all getting too tight. I've smoked weed daily for the past 3-4 years and with that I find myself eating more & the more I eat the bigger portions I'm having to take. The cache 22 is that if i quit smoking, I would turn to food more, plus smoking helps me deal with other issues so i'm not interested in giving up anytime soon. I've put on about 15kg in the past 2 years alone, I have had deaths in the family and i now work an office job instead of manual labour so there could be other factors to the weight gain, but i find myself eating huge portions and never feeling fully satisfied & i'm a big snacker.
Do you guys have any recommendations for snacks i could turn to if i get the munchies? also what's your best activity for losing weight, i heard swimming is really good so I may give that a go?
