I was just wanting to know what is working for all of you. I am Male and was 206 at 5'11" about 2 weeks ago. I've done my best to go to the gym at least every other day. I'm not brand new to working out but I'm still a bit on the lesser experienced end. I've lost 3 lbs in 12 days which seems good, but I still feel demotivated at times and like I'll never not own a dad bod lol. I've normally embraced it but since my career requires some amount of fitness, I've always wanted to feel more athletic, and proud of my self for it, and also it should definitely help with my mental health struggles.
I guess I'm asking for words of encouragement and /or share your story.
