I’m a college junior that has lost about 30 pounds through CICO. I’m always worried about regaining the weight, especially since I’ve gone up and down a few times. I was thinking about how I’m starting my junior year of college soon/don’t want to regain any weight and decided to make an Instagram account to hold myself accountable for eating healthy. Doesn’t mean I can’t have cheat days, just means there’s one more thing making me feel responsible for living a healthy lifestyle (especially because others are following/watching what I’m doing which means I can motivate them too!)
