I’ve struggled for a long time with self-discipline. I just can’t help myself when I see good food. I’m actually shocked that I’m not extremely overweight. I just eat whatever I want and I hate it. I’ll be doing fine most of the day, and then just binge anything and everything. It feels horrible, especially after a good, solid workout earlier in the day. The binge usually happens at night, and I wake up bloated and feeling like shit. I 100% believe this is what is keeping me from achieving my goals..
So how do you all do it? I’m genuinely interested in how people discipline themselves around food and unhealthy addictions. Any responses or advice will be much appreciated. Thanks :)
