Hey guys, I am currently 16 years old. I just got a gym membership finally. I have question about what routine I should do. So pretty much I am 5 feet 8 inches and 185-190 pounds. I want to loose around 15-25 pounds by December. Also I want to gain a bit more muscle. I pretty much want to replace my fat with muscle. For reference I am on the bigger side, in terms of build. I am a fairly fat, but not extremely noticable. So can anyone link me or tell me a routine for me. Also about the food, it is a bit hard to regulate due to me not being able to cook and for buying meals, I am currently broke and saving up. Sorry if I sound kinda dumb, I am new to this. Thank you 😊
