I had abs a month ago but got into eating sugar a lot again and then it became a nightly thing (no more abs). So now I eat healthy during the day but during the night, I eat very badly to say the least. I just stuff myself until I’m so full that I can’t eat any more. Currently sitting here regretting it feeling like garbage. I obviously don’t like howit makes me feel but i can’t get over the mental aspect where I can’t help but keep eating if I can still fit food in there. It helps me unwind after work I guess. But it makes me tired and feeling like I don’t want to do anything. Also messes up my sleep a bit. Just wondering if you have any tips on how to get rid of the cravings
