I've been cutting weight via CICO, weight lifting 4-5 times weekly, and OMAD/IF since February.
- 500 calorie deficit daily (average).
- 16lb loss in 3 months (152 to 136lb)
- Scales today: 12.9% BF
- Calipers today: 7.07% BF
- Size loss: 3 inches waist, 0.75 inches chest
- Supposed fat loss: 14lb
- Supposed LBM loss: 2lb
- Protein intake varies: 70g - 120g depending on lifting/rest day.
I think it's pretty obvious I'm not 7% body fat. My questions are:
- Do I look as high as 13% BF or more between the 2?
- Should I take the scales as more accurate and ignore caliper BF calculations from now on?
- Is it likely I've actually lost way more LBM than is being calculated? If so should I cut slower to avoid this more?
Thanks
