Whether it's your first day losing or if you've already reached your goal weight, I'm proud of you for being here and putting in the effort to drop/keep off the weight. I hope we can help each other succeed and end the month healthier than when we started. So what will you do today to achieve your goals? Or if it's the evening when you comment, what did you do?
