Okay please don't go on telling me that it's unhealthy. But I think I really will eat as less as I can. Is it okay if I just stay on a super calorie low diet until I have lost some weight and then build muscle and increase my calories?

I have some questions too. Does starvation mode REALLY exist? And how does one get really lean and toned without being bulky at all. I feel like there's bitter reality no one accepts and that is all those super fit people with abs that we see, are the people who actually do deprive themselves to certain extent. Sure some people are born to be slender even with high calorie intakes, but some of them actually do starve a little bit to stay slim.

And I feel like I'll soon be one of those people too.

For reference I'm about 5'2 and weigh 125 pounds.
