In starting again after years of off and on cico, but I'm trying to figure out a couple things I always had issues with, the main one being, when you're eating at a restaurant, how do you count your calories accurately when they don't have a calorie content on the menu? I've always tried to go by other things in the Fitbit or MyFitnessPal database, but some of the things are very different from each other. Also, what are your favorite salty snacks to eat when trying to conserve calories? I stress eat salty things at work, so it'd be nice to have some more ideas! Even sweet snacks if you have some favorites! Unfortunately we are in a nut free and orange free building, so that makes things a little difficult though.
