I know a fair share about fitness, but I used to lose weight by starving.
I am starting a strength training routine and I’m a bit lost regarding calories, how much should a petite woman eat (I’m aware one should focus on protein) while lifting? Please tell me about your experience.
I’m 5’1 and 54kg, 33% fat, my normal weight used to be about 48kg, and right now I’m aiming for 50kg but with muscle (although at the end of the day I don’t care about weight if I look good, I know muscle is heavy), if anyone has similar stats or knows someone that does, I’d love to hear about your journey, what has worked, what hasn’t, etc.
