I properly started my weight loss journey at the beginning of February. It's been about three months now, and I am down exactly 6 kgs/13.2 lbs today!
I'm 165 cm/5'5 and started at 70 kgs/154.3 lbs. By now, I'm down to 64 kgs/141.1 lbs. My goal weight is probably 58-60 kgs/127.9-132.3 lbs.
It's so encouraging to see these results and realize that it's really worth it. I've been in a pretty steep calorie deficit (eating between 1200 and 1500 cals) and working out 3-4 times a week, as well as walking more. Surprisingly, most of the time I don't struggle much with the deficit. Of course there's days where I'm hungry and have cravings, but usually I'm actually okay. Especially since I'm not super restrictive with what foods I eat. I do try to keep my protein intake at 60+ grams a day and my fiber at 25+ grams.
