Ready to lose it!

Hi guys, I’m ready to get it together and finally lose this weight. I’m trying to from 280 pounds to 220. With that being said, I’m in need of some good recipes for lunch. I want high protein but something that is relatively flavorful too!

I want something with a good amount of vegetables too. In the past I’ve eaten turkey but it’s sooooo dry and I cannot stand it. Any advice or recipe ideas are appreciated! What have you eaten now or in the past that has helped you? I really enjoy carbs and meat the most but I want to diversify my diet too.

Also I have found that I should be eating 2300 calories a day. How should I split this up between breakfast, lunch and dinner?
