From early 2023 - Feb 2024, I (30F) was able to lose about 80lbs, which I won’t discredit is a lot. I was eating roughly ~1500-1600 calories a day and my goal was to hit around 140-150lbs (I’m 5’9” so a little tall), and now I’m at about 180-190.
I hit a bit of a rough patch in Feb and ate out a bunch. Ever since then it feels like I am unable to get back in that flow I was in. Like my compulsions to eat are so much stronger now than they were before. I’ve taken so many precautions to prevent overeating/binging (boyfriend is the only one who buys and cooks food, no soda in the house, notes on every cabinet and the fridge) but I still find ways to do it like I’m on some kind of trance.
I’m just not sure how to handle this now. I understand all the theory and science of how to lose weight but I just am struggling so hard. Any advice at all would be appreciated ❤️
