sometimes I just can't believe that it only takes 7000cal over to gain back 1kg ðŸ˜so means just one sad evening binge attack can ruin 2 weeks of progress and I can't deal with this !!!
I mean mentally and physically by far the worst, the constant setbacks its driving me mad and heavily yo yo dieting (>10kg) is probably super unhealthy as well !! literally gained all I lost last year back in 2 months this is hell what can even be done please anyone !!!!
