Hi guys, I'm 36, male, 5' 8", 15 stone, and incredibly unfit.
For the past week I've undergone radical changes in my diet and lifestyle, purchased a rowing machine, started to consider my calorie intake and whatnot. I AIM for 1500 cals a day, but myfitnesspal app says 2100 is what I need for losing 4 stone (I don't understand this), but I feel so damn hungry all the time! Does it get easier?
I have a HUGE belly and moobs, I don't even want to get ripped, I just want to be able to have a more flat abdomen.
If I want to achieve this, is rowing for like 30 minutes in the morning and sticking to this diet enough? I'm scared I'll get 12 months in and still have this giant belly :(
