It’s been a while since that familiar nibbling urge came back strong—constantly thinking about food even when I’m not hungry. I felt like I had two options: get on Ozempic, or try fasting.
I’ve decided to put my hope into fasting.
Downloaded a fasting app, set my window, and committed to giving it a real shot. Today was my very first fast, and I’m honestly proud—I made it through! As I get ready to sleep, I feel light, clear, and just a little more in control. Hoping this helps simmer down the cravings and break the habit of constant snacking. Let's hope for another fasting day tomorrow
