I’ve been in an calorie deficit for 2-3 months, and by that I mean I’m consuming a maximum of 1300 calories a day (on good days). While I’m noticing some weight loss, I feel like my body fat % isn’t changing much from what it is for years now, as in, I’m not getting any more leaner.
Other than being in a calorie deficit, I don’t really engage in any sort of workouts and I probably need to drink way more water than my current intake. Would the next move be incorporating some kind of workout to target the fat?
