(M, 6'0, 238.4 lbs) I have lost 25lbs in ~24 days by cutting to 1500 calories and going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week (I just needed a hobby and weight loss sounded like a good idea lmao)
My initial goal is 200 lbs (maybe down to 180 depending on other factors) and with the rate that I lost weight this time (about a pound a day) and the rate I lost weight last time I decided to drop (Lost 75 lbs in 3.5 months, so about .7 lbs/day), I should reach 200 rather soon.
When I do reach my goal weight, what rate should I increase my calorie intake so I don't keep dropping but also don't gain anything back? 100cal per week? More/less?
