How much Calories should I burn?

hello r/loseit.. I am a man in my mid 30s and started keto since a month now.. Today is my first day of workout and I'm taking it really slow to get used to things.. Will also go full carnivore to help lose weight efficiently.. The exercise app says I burned 59.7 kcal and the running app says 399 kcal.. I was wondering how much calories should I burn daily to drop 22 pounds in no more than 2 months (1 month preferably but I know it's not easy nor advisable).. Is what I burned enough if I make it daily?
